HIT Classes

To view the suggested course sequence for students able to attend full-time, see the HIT certificate and associate degree requirements (pdf). Please consult your academic advisor if you have transfer credits and/or are not able to attend full-time in order to determine an appropriate course schedule. Additionally, students should reference the COCC Catalog in order to determine required lab hours. Note: the Medical Transcription certficate program is simply the first year courses; the Electronic Medical Billing certificate program includes the first year courses plus an additional term.

Note that students must complete all program courses with a “C” grade or better.
